  Hmm reduction in tgl exploration budget seems an indication of few exploration programs and most likely job scarcity may abound.
  Hoping the projections of a $20 price value will follow similar unpredictability in crude pricing so the price can rebound back for industry to become revitalized and employ more of the teeming Ghanaian youths yearning to share in the experiences of the oil industry.

  Where are those bone heads who preached that profits of Tullow and partners were too high and unjustified. Here you are, is Ghana going to foot all the loses? who is going to pay for all those exploration wells?

  Bone heads, Ghana can offer nothing or to put it mildly Ghana is exempt from the loses.
