  IF IN THE WISDOM OF THE COURT, UPON THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE BEFORE IT VINDICATED THE FORMER CEO OF ANY SORT OF FRAUD AGAINST HIM, THUS HIS DISMISSAL WAS CLEARLY AMOUNTED TO UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE, PER THE LABOUR ACT 651 ACT2003 OF THE REBPUBLIC OF GHANA, HENCE MR THIERRY TANOH DESERVE TO BE COMPENSATED IN THE FORM OF RESTITUTION.THE COURT'S ORDER WOULD LARGELY PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF A WORKER IN ANY LEGITIMATE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT.
