  We do appreciate that our properties are targeted at a specific segment of buyers with above-average incomes. This is largely due to our developments being located in prime central areas of Accra where land costs are far higher than the national average.
  
  However we’d like to note:
  - Our prices are 25-40% below comparative properties in the same area
  - 93% of our buyers are Ghanaian Nationals
