  Do you know that slavery in Africa was started by Arabs centuries before the European colonialists started the "Golden Triangle"?
  Even though some Ghanaian technicians and other professionals are doing well in the oil producing Arab countries, majority of those who were lured with sweet adverts are now suffering. However, they cannot complain or attempt to return to Ghana because: 1. Their passports have been seized by their employers on arrival.
  2. They would rather go through the humilation rather than return to an uncertain "dumsor" Ghana.
  So while some individual Ghanaian businessmen may reap benefits from this initiative, we must watch out.

  Btw, I only eat two meals in a day here in London. When I went down to Ghana, they quickly found out that I couldn't cope with their "three square meals" a day syndrome.
