    Ghanaians living in abroad a least have some information about the type of cards that shows local numbers when we call. The Govt should create a medium by which we can report the numbers for further investigations.

    it is a partnership business between the local guys here in ghana and their partners abroad so if the partners abroad collect the 19 cents per minute, they share it with their local guys accordingly.

    How does ICH eliminate improperly registered SIM cards? The state is rather taxing everything under the sun, increasing cost of services to Ghanaians and no body what they use the revenues for.
