We must understand that politics and democracy go in tandem.Healthy political discourse simply means disagreeing to agree on issues of relevance to national development.The concept of political ideology is just like different tactics in football mapped out by opposing teams to win a match.In Ghana we believe in destructive and insulting politics not one with the best ideas in solving problems of national interest as part of our development agenda.You can however not blame a hungry idling youth who is paid pittance to lunch vituperative attacks at high profile political opponents.This is because learned and high profile people in this country politicians and public servants alike engage in destructive and dirty politics for their parochial interest with some prepared to murder perceived opponents.I know Omane Boamah very well and we know the extent to which some consultants and professors in the medical school went to victimize even medical students perceived to belong to an opposing party and even within the same party just because they see them as a threat to their vested selfish interest.In order words even within the same party be it NPP,NDC etc people disagree to agree.But should it be about vile victimization,assaults and sabotage instead of focusing on the substance at stake,dealing with millions of dollars lost in SIM BOX FRAUD?I am in court today with the Ghana Health Service because of this kind of dirty and reckless politics by superiors who are supposed to live by example for the youth to emulate.What example will a Medical Director of a Regional Hospital be setting if he can accuse a subordinate of belonging to an apposing party and use his links to get him sacked by the GHS.This is a senior public servant who is supposed to be politically neutral and encourage same in a public institution.To prove that i am a politically neutral civil servant who frown on corruption in the interest of my country the best option was to sue Ghana Health Service. Dr Paul Ntodi will now have the option to explain why he persistently accused me as an NDC man and a Rawlings boy reporting him to bigwigs in Government.The GHS fraudulently implicated me with a mental illness and sacked me in 2012 when a bribery scandal led to the death of a teenager by name Patience Sakpetey because relatives could not afford the 50 Ghana Cedis bribe for blood transfusion.This story was widely captured by the media with Dr Ntodi the MD accusing me of being the brain behind the publication.The GHS headquarters called for the folder of the unfortunate deceased i attended to that night without uttering a word to me. He vowed to get me sacked and in deed got me sacked by the GHS.Letters before and after my sacking were ironically but surprisingly copied to the then Health Minister Alban Bagbin signed by the DG Appiah Denkyira falsely accused me of having a 'possible delusional disorder' without evidence for which refusal to have compulsory treatment was used as the bases to unjustly sack me.This case is being gag up in court because it is against a government organization with high profile people involved.This is pure corruption , illegality,injustice of the highest order in the name of politics.In order words we the youth must realized that even hard core criminals can take advantage of us in the name of politics to satisfy their self-centered parochial quest with you at the unfortunate receiving end.Youthful exuberance is good but one must be cautiously optimistic by engaging in productive discourse when believe you are on the right course for justice instead of insults of this sort.

The Chamber's position would result in loses of revenue without offering any long term solutions.
The Telecos operates as a cartel with overt interests inimical to our national economic goals. For the past decades with the exception of MTN all Telecos have been declaring connectivity loses year after year thereby denying the state of revenues in term of taxes. This cannot be allowed to go.

The fraudsters are attracted to that business because of they make a lot of money as a result of the high taxes which is going to them instead of government,they should reduce the tax to be at par with countries like Nigeria where calls to that country are far cheaper than Ghana.
Apart from the fraud some of us have drastically reduced our calls to Ghana unless it is very important due to the high taxes.
Our leaders always think high taxes or many taxes bring more money but it is rather the opposite because if it is high or too much people use any means to avoid paying it,but we continue to raise taxes and now added the banks too which will soon collapse the banking sector.
Instead of finding ways to enforce the existing laws we keep adding more which we cannot enforce.
Just take VAT for example,if you go to many local stores and ask for receipt they tell you if you want receipt you pay VAT and since you also don't to pay you don't take receipt and the store too will not pay VAT on that transaction making government to lose revenue but if it is low the person will pay it.
Very soon the government will ask you to pay VAT before you poo poo.

Omane Boama, how can ICH solve the problem of simbox fraud?.ICH will only check and block calls from improperly registered SIM-cards. who told u, the sim-cards used in this technology are not properly registered.This is not about proper registration of sim. this technology is used to hijack international voice calls and
transfer them over the Internet to a cellular device, which
injects them back into the cellular network.As a result, the
calls become local at the destination network,and the
cellular operators of the intermediate and destination networks
do not receive payments for the call routing and termination.SIMbox voice fraud occurs when the cost of terminating
domestic or international calls exceeds the cost of a local
mobile-to-mobile call in a particular region or country. So in order to stop this operation, charges on international should be reduced to make SIM-box fraud unattractive so Mr. Omane Boamah forget about ICH, is all about the pricing as

How do you talk about a loss of $70 mil when you have no idea about how many people in the system are doing the scam. The same goes for our oil revenue projections and salary payment expenditures.
