  When is soon? Is it Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, or Dec? Is it 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9....of any of these months? Is it 2015, 2016, 2017...which year is it? When is the close of the year? Until Ghanaians are given specifics and timelines, these are all just their worth in propaganda.
  Ghanaians need specifics, timelines to monitor progress of "works to start soon" statements and so the NDC gov't should spare Ghanaians the propaganda talk.

  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  Good to know. The railway sector has huge economic benefits. More importantly key in addressing unemployment. Well done for the plan. Hope it will start soon and progress steadily and smoothly.

  Shame unto Jerry Rawlings, Ghana would still have had railway system in operation had it not been his "make no sense" decision to allow the system to collapse for no thoughtful reason. Ghana needs a railway transportation system to make travelling more accessible and convenient for Ghanaians plus the fact that a workable railway system is vital to local, regional and national economies.
