  And Ghana earned a paltry $1bn, eh? Can we be told how much the other "partners" earned too? Were the audience told that too? These selfish people who are being funded by our exploiters to go round to deceive the people must be confronted! They are selling us for pieces of silver!

  I hear Ghana's share in the crude deal was 13% and even if I calculate it as 10%, that from $250 billion will be $25 billion. What a country we live in.

  But I keep asking myself this fundamental question which bothers on our share in this whole oil deal we are ignorantly happy about. Somebody should tell me apart from a "sorry" African nation with its self-seeking leaders, which Western country will trade its cherished natural resources as low as 10%-13%? Why won't us be seen as animals if we can't just think for once. Isn't it funny when our leaders go cup in hand to ask for help from Western nations without the kind of natural resources we are blessed with here but for the wickedness of some leaders, we are where we are today. I feel very sorry for Africa and any leader who signed and encourage those bogus agreements must be ashamed!

Maybe we use the existing but find a way to oversee and make accountable the regional development heads? There again that's already in place and cannot be enforced today. So the next idea is a coalition where at least 3/4 parties or a change to proportional representation can enforce accountability at those top levels . How do we find a way to effect the source of our woes?

  The oil money should be used exclusively to finance a comprehensive National Railway System From Paga & Wa in the north, through every region, all the way down south to Elubo & Aflao.
  Also part of the Oil money should be used to finance a comprehensive National Sewerage Systems for every district and Regional Capital to cover all gutters and drainage systems.
  This Sewerage Systems would prevent diseases like malaria, Typhoid, Cholera, Ebola, etc.

  Yes Indeed, this shows how wicked our leaders: $1 billion only out of $250 billion, what is the total investment of the company at Jubilee Fields? Ghana's total debts is about $90 billion roughly one third of this amount taken by this company in less than 4years of operation and we ran to IMF cap in hand requesting economic rescue; how long will take us to save $1 billion a year to pay our internal and external debts: We've economic guru's in the country yet they don't what they're doing- I am completely confused- in three years this company could have paid our debts for us- oh! mother Ghana where are we drifting to?
