  Why then do govts, comoanies, schools have it teams, personnel etc? To secure safe sites. Mahama should have set up a govt cyber security team to.protect the nation's intelligence secrets.

  Monitoring someone's network without the permission of a judge is illegal. If someone does not know the websites you visit, your username or passwords can the person hack your website or email account? Keyloggers play a very minor role.
