  In a nation where corruption is seen as an impediment to development, their leaders are able to manage their revenues and give some to help other nations. What about Ghana? We adore corruption and through legal thievery, we cannot even generate enough money to cater for our own need than to squat and beg for help. Are we really capable of managing our own affairs?
  
  We are just a curse to humanity. If I know how to contact these foreign nations, I will tell them in plain language to stop giving us any money because we are nothing more than cursed thieves. What our leaders know is to go and beg then put the money into their pockets. How do we pay ex-gratia while depending for donors support to our budget? Isn't that insanity at its best?
  
  Mahama should have asked the German Chancellor if they pay ex-gratia to their public officials. Nkwaseasem ara kwa.
