    Ghana can build their own floating Elec Barges than building more dams that have problems of water levels or gas supply. Getting an alternative energy source requires thinking out of the box...

    Ghana can afford the bond money for power barges, go to Kojo Woyome and Betty Mould Iddrisu. Another scheme for some wise guy to make 10% free money.
