water that floods every year from neighboring countrys should be contained..dam should be built there before bui since it hasn't filled to capacity yet!

I have not read about any alternatives in your article. Solar energy could be a quicker, easier and cheaper alternative to consider
you can't expect Nigeria or Jubilee to give away gas or oil..And from fact that even the Black Stars asked for advance payment we know the lights are out because the Nigerians have not been paid
