Why can't we start the integration process NOW and stop talking about CHALLENGES?
There is no way we can wait until all the member states are of the same economic parity before we do something.
With banks in all these countries, settlements can be arranged even if we are using different currencies.
When the process of creating the Euro was started most of the leadings had their DM, FF, Lira, etc., but they went ahead anyway.
We are tired of the excuses from our technocrats and politicians. The ECO has taken a very long time to germinate!
I don't want to suspect that the Council members are more interested in their allowances when they meet.
