  It never fails to amaze me how the current Ghanaian government leadership appears to be living on a different planet: they repeat the "Made in Ghana" mantra continuously, while they improve the business environment for foreign companies; freezone companies, foreign investment and so on. Why not tackle lack of access to credit headlong and unnecessary taxes?

  Potential investors looking at Africa have now become very selective.They are no longer attracted by just hype, propaganda and marketing talk. Ghana is no longer a top level priority for investorS. Some of the east African countries are now being seen as more viable economically.
