  The production will continue to decline to zero. How do you expect more production when fertilizers meant for cocoa farmers are given to radio presenters and people who have no single tree of cocoa in the name of politics? Go to the nearby towns of Cote d' Ivoire and you will see the fertilizers meant for Ghanaian farmers on the market and cheaper than it costs in Ghana; that is Ghana for you.
  Again the cocoa smuggling will have no end since the police cannot combat the smugglers due to bad roads. Sit here in Accra and say whatever suits your interest and the farmers will also do what suits them too.
