  Now it is understandable why the Energy Ministervis offering to resign if the Dumsor problem is not sorted out by year end. He knows that the problems of ECG are insurmountable and cannot be solved by year end. So, if the government is serious about solving the power problem, it got to bring in people who are committed to staying and sol the problem.
