Very interesting and enlightening report.
I am amazed that the Bui Dam is so inefficent, isn't there a wsy to capture some of the rainfall (during the wet season) to at least improve the water level.

Great Analysis and i believe it. Bui Dam management sit up because 40% is too bad. You cannot blame the weather entirely because sometimes you offload water from the dam which floods nearby communities.

Why has it taken VRA so long when it knew that the pipeline was being constructed to provide the Aboadze thermal plant with gas?
VRA needs a radical shake-up now! Such crass incompetence must not be allowed in our public services.
