    great analysis. i have always been saying that our installed capacity outstrip our demand, so the solution is not more generating stations.

    Very interesting and enlightening report.

    I am amazed that the Bui Dam is so inefficent, isn't there a wsy to capture some of the rainfall (during the wet season) to at least improve the water level.

    Great Analysis and i believe it. Bui Dam management sit up because 40% is too bad. You cannot blame the weather entirely because sometimes you offload water from the dam which floods nearby communities.

    Poor credit risk unavailability of fuel . Master u blast. We have fuel low at the international market.

    The analysis does not explain why VRA is unable to utilise all the gas being provided by the Western corridor pipeline.
