  The only problem halting Ghana's SMOOTH ECONOMIC PROGRESS IS NDC CORRUPTION. Everyone in NDC is looking to get filthy rich quick at the expense of national development.
  
  Let all NDC ministers come on the STAGE and HOLD the BIBLE and SWEAR THAT THEY HAD NEVER STEAL FROM THE STATE COFFERS. aLL OF FROM MAHAMA TO ASIEDU NKETIAL TO ABLAKWA TO TSIKATAS TO RAWLINGS.

  We need to build a national plan by consensus between gov't, polity, academia, religious bodies, organised labour, professional bodies, traditional rulers and the general public.
  
  There should be short-term (10 year), medium (20 year)and long term (30 year)plans.
  
  These plans would be binding on all administrations irrespective of their political colour.
  
  This would ensure continuity and a national focus, a shared vision for the nation. We must put paid to this ad hoc, stop start approach to development which only makes us lurch from crisis to crisis.
