  Probably another failure/ judgment debt in the making.......if Startimes had a track record of nonpreformance in Tanzania already, how did we accept and select thier bid in Ghana?

  It seems Startimes has not been able to perform in a few African countries and it beggars belief how the ministry of communication could not do a proper due diligence before awarding the contract to them.Statimes does not even manufacture the digital equipments,We need value for money,it is we the taxpayers paying at the end of the day,so we need a company that manufactures the digital equipments that will give us warranty and state of the art technology and the ministry doing proper due diligence.

  The weak cedi cant afford to buy digital tv. a lot of ghanians cant afford. The purchesing power of the cedi is unaceptable BoG should explain. Why index import duties in dollers??? n not in cedis directly.

Omane Boamah will take 4 million dollars in "Ghana must go" an all expenses trip to shangai for Omane and his girlfriend and some shopping money. They'll keep their contract.

  When was the contract awarded? Was a thorough background check done? Were we aware about this company's trouble past with Tanzania? Who were responsible for this contract? We need to know the answers to these questions so we can hold those corrupt incompetent greedy "create loot share" and nation wrecking bastards responsible. What was their cut? You can't have you cake and eat it at the same time. You can't take a kickback from and incompetent company to enrich yourself illegally and terminate the contract for non performance. It was obviously the company couldn't do it to begin with. But it was given to them because of the kickbacks that came with it. This company feels slighted thus why they're going to court.
