  I hope this reporter got it right? The company is offering 0.2 percent of its share to the public. What is the market cap of the company. And who determines the profit potential of these new companies? Isn't this an implicit guarantee of profit to potential investors. It is never the business of any Securities Exchange to determine the profitability potential of any company. Set the rules and let investors determine that potential.
