  So, small scale mining too should come under a separate minister? Are we serious as a nation? Can't this come under the ministry of land and natural resources? Do we even care about cost and its effect on the entire nation ...

  Recently, Mahama had established a Power minister outside the Energy ministry and did that solve the power crises?
