  Farmers are literally through their surplus away to waste when we could have sun dried tomatoes and some fruits

  But because the know how is not there we leave fresh fruits to rot. Israel was an empty desert now transformed into a develop country. This is down to hard lessons learnt in the past.

  Our ministers don't care about such exhibitions. All they want is foreign grants which they will divert to their private pockets. I have participated in seven international trade fairs in Bologna (Italy) where modern agriculture machinery are displayed. No Ghanaian gov't official were sent. Instead, gov't sponsor football supporters to soccer tournaments. 92% of Ghanaian farmers still working without modern equipment's.
