  I have argued that this Corporation should be handed over to the Armed Forces if only to change the business culture. The Army will do a better job than the civilians

  National shipping Blackstar line collapsed, railway sector disappeared, Ghana Airways faded away. Now the turn of STC. And close to 58 years since independence. What a shame? Pathetic.
