  THE ASUTARE AND KOMENDA SUGAR FACTORIES HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REHABILITATED, THE GHANA RAILWAY IS STILL IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION,COVERING ONLY 130 KILOMETERS FROM OUT OF 994 KILOMETERS.
  
  PLEASE,WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO ASSURE THE PEOPLE OF GHANA OF NEW PROJECTS WHEN THE OLD PROJECTS IN THE COUNTRY ARE STILL ABANDONED AND IN SHAMBLES.
