  Please, let us be prudent towards the growth of our nation......Mr.WAY-WAY,your response to the above matter is preposterous.....how many "ASESEGUA" you have in your mother's house? The initiative the Trade mininster has taken is very laudable and no one should seek to erode this brilliant thought....in fact this idea should be sold to all of Africa if we are serious about changing things today for a better future.
  Sadly, I see that article has had only one response since it came out ,but if was about Asiedu Nketia the volume of ......responses could not be read...Hmmmmnn..!Please, let us stand to support good action plans initiated every party regardless of our NPP or NDC stand.I will try see Dr.Garba on my next visit to Gnana....good night bro.

  Dr Ekow Spio-Garbrah it is about time you guys promoted made in Ghana goods! Africa's natural resources are used in many countries around the world to create a lot of products!
  Africa is blessed with abundant resources, and fertile soil, oil etc etc.
  Ghanaians leaders have to use the money generated from the resources to build industries and improve our roads too.
  
  We need industries of every kind! Car manufacturing, plenty food processing factories. Fruit juices, canned tomatoes etc etc.
  
  The loans leader after leader borrows and have to pay huge % of interest on them to IMF doesn't make sense.
  
  We need interesting amusement/museum themes. For example: GOLDEN TREE WORLD amusement/museum theme park. It would have the: The history of the coco pod, how the cocoa seedS are processed etc etc
  
  Souveniers of GOLDEN TREE WOULD BE SOLD, ie, shopping bags, mugs, trays, pens, Ghana map made of lookalike chocolate.
  What does Ghana Tourism really do?
  
  We do not see an rejuvenation of Tourism.
  
  Once Industries are built outside Accra we would have a social shift form Accra to the rural areas. These rural areas would be developed too because of the industries that are present.
  
  There are too people who come to Accra from other towns in Ghana seeking a better city life! It has made Accra unnecessarily congested with too many people and chaos.
  
  Ghana needs a social, and psychological shift period.
  
  Made in Ghana goods is a good psychological shift. We need a social shift as well.
  
  Too many Ghanaians have studied abroad and some are back home.
  
  Too many ministers in the current and past governments were/are green horns, who had/haven't travelled much and not enlightened and sophisticated. So therefore their vision is very narrow! They are not used to sophisticated way of thinking!
  
  Ghana needs a wave of sophisticated, enlightened,dynamic people to manage the country! period!
  
  The president, ministers, and leaders of Ghana get serious and let's fix Ghana quickly because the short sightedness of corruption and getting loans did not and cannot solve are long term problems. GHANAIANS LET'S GET TO WORK IN A SOPHISTICATED, ENLIGHTENED AND DYNAMIC, CHAOS FREE WAY! ITS LONG OVERDUE!

  As the media has been urged to intensify their campaign on made in Ghana products, local manufacturers are also cautioned to produce quality products so they can become competitive n sustain their market shares!!
