not a fire hazard like pakistan or bangledesh! No factory except a brewery or food factory that requires high ceiling should be more than 2 story.. The Big airplane factorys in world may have high celings and mezzanies but easy escape in fire must be included with at least 1 door on each of 4 sides of building and water sprinklers( when water is pressurize) or put tank of build lake o supply water for fire fighting and cloth dye operations

IN GHANA PLANS ARE MADE EVERY DAY SOME ON THESE PLANS ARE GOOD BUT 99.9% OF GHANA PLANS NEVER COME TO PASS SINCE NO ONE FOLLOW UP THE PLANS TO THE END AND USUALY GIVE UP ON IT SOONER THAT NEEDED TO FINISH THE JOB
