  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults. Needless to say they must be professional. Some may look very young and indistinguishable but may be a teacher looking for a masters degree, a nurse or a successful businessman looking for a first degree
  
  It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.

  THESE MEASAURES SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTITUTED BY THE SO CALLED AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION AND PASSED DOWN TO THE COCOA FARMERS.
  
  THIS WAS LONG OVERDUE FROM THE SO CALLED EXPERTS AT THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE.
