  I wonder who has this responsibility? Our message within the market is mixed. We have not defined our posiion within the market. We continue to collect the bulk of govt revenue from importation of finished goods.

  We have GIMPA, Ghana Standard Authority, Legon Business School, CA (Ghana),Ghana Institute of Bankers, Ministry of Trade, Ghana investment Promotion Center,etc.
