  Feet dragging has always been the tool for bribery. The GCAA will need to distance itself from this perception and down what is ONLY a thorough job for the safety of passengers.

Consider shareholding with the government, invest in energy initiative to alleviate the Dumsor crises and you will almost certainly get yo ATOL issued PERI!.

  Mr Bannerman are just Stupid or a plain full ; are you not aware of the President or party you are dealing with ; they waiting for smebody to offer them a bribe or a long term income on the operation of the airline or perhaps the other airlines in particular BA Airways which has a complete direct flight to Accra forcing the government to stave off any competition from anywhere ;and do not forget most of these airlines are state owned with massive resources behind them ; if you want to play such game just ignore them and do not pay any bribes just a VIrgin Atlatcdid because Richard Branson will not pay any BRIBES he was squeezed out from Ghana .
