  I strongly disagree with the A-G. The A-G should find out wether there is a ceilling that the Central Bank can loan to the Government or not. For the past four years the Government has borrow more than permitted by law and financially allowable margin from the BoG. This the cause of the depreciation of the cedi and the upward adjustment of interest rate which has reduced the purchasing power of the Ghanaian so the A-G should not defend the indefencible.

  In fact ghanians are seriously affected by the ignoant of BoG to protect the cedi by low. today i bought $1 doller for 3.7 how do we survive in business. We should adopt the fix exchange rate regime. The present regime does not help the economy. No country survivrs under a depreciating currency.
