  the prices in retail( at filling station) should fall and rise with world market...Right now petro is 3.20 per gal (4 liters). 10.88 cedi for 4 liter

  These greedy BDCs they won't shut up. If I was Government I would withdraw their licence make the state take-over this country's oil supply and let them produce petrol in their houses
