  Whom are they indebted to and for what jobs?It's a pity how the Roads and High ways Ministry has allowed villages along the major trunk roads to destroy these newly constructed highways through erection of crude speed ramps etc on these expensive roads. Typical examples are the North and South Tongu sections of the Accra-Aflao road I strongly suggest that the respective District Assemblies are surcharged with the repairs for looking on unconcerned while these vital national assets are being destroyed by their village/townfolks. No country can progress when citizens and their rulers do not take care of assets in their localities.You cannot expect the State President to always talk about everything every time. The socalled YOUTH who are invariably responsible for these negative practices in our villages and small towns must direct their energies into more productive and socially acceptable ventures.
