How are they going to do that, a person is motivated to go into a business by so many things not only education. What of the problem faced by those already in it, have you helped them solve that? The price instabilities, the ...

How are they going to do that, a person is motivated to go into a business by so many things not only education. What of the problem faced by those already in it, have you helped them solve that? The price instabilities, the land problems. You the leaders don't even make agrI culture attractive. A leader by example you have resources to start it. Do it & the youth will learn to follow with funds generated from savings when working with you.

You are the best people with the resources to start. Develop the agric sectors including the colleges & motivate them & the non agric ones will join.
