  Will the theif allow it happened? Yes i mean the political theives. Once they are benefiting, it must remain as it is.They have closed their eyes as our water bodies are going bad, eviromnent being degraded.

  Political parties tend to reward communities they like and ignore others. This is usually based on ethnicity or votes garnered. In communities that voted against them they lookout for people of certain ethnic groups and award ...

  Political parties tend to reward communities they like and ignore others. This is usually based on ethnicity or votes garnered. In communities that voted against them they lookout for people of certain ethnic groups and award scholarships to them as well as providing them with monthly stipends.
  
  Some communities have had this problem since Independence. A certain phenomenon can now be observed in our society.

  Truth about Africa is that majority of its citizens are subhuman and thoughtless individuals, but they are also very powerful and convincing.
  
  This is the same mentality that has perpetuated the unlawful practice of;
  
  Street Hawking
  Uncontrolled Taxi and Tro Tro Operations
  Roadside food vendors
  Land encroachment
  and numerous other ills of African society, I do not expect a solution.
  
  We are not of higher intelligence PERIOD!
