  True we may not need the emergency power badges but we must focus on the mid long term solution to say never again to power problems. Pres JM you promised to fix it. We trust you will. God help you.

  What is the mid-term solution. We have erratic gas supply so if even we get new plants, we will have difficulty with gas. If the emergency plant will provide their own gas then we can take our time to solve the problem once a ...

  I should like to support you stand that,that ECG as a crown company managed by gov't authority and his favourites and appointees are responsible for this DUMSor......ignorantly,many people in ghana do conjure that mismanagement is responsible for this "DUMSOR" ....yea...,yea .. some people in key positions stealing the resources that ought to run the company diligently under the excuse of mismanagement is an encouragement to them ......I like to write to the people of ghana and the lawmakers that there must be a public policy or laws making it an offence,punishable by such laws for a public sector managers to be so negligent and inefficient and irresponsible to this
  point of causing untold financial losses to businesses,corps decaying in mortuaries ,patients dying on operating beds,household supplies and food stuffs decaying in refrigerators ,students not able to study...and so on and on....by this DUMSOR,,,, the ECG ,since it remains a crown company will always attract insults to whatever gov't is in power unless there is satisfactory level of performance displayed.....in fact, many situations in ghana is sad and horrible....not only dumsor....what about water supply...another problem of even more concern......ghana must change the ways we do things .....

  We can never say Dumsor will ever end .Ghana energy is totally depend on water or hydro for its electricity power need.Our major rivers that feed Lake Volta it source are not from Ghana and if those folks decide to built Dams ...

  We can never say Dumsor will ever end .Ghana energy is totally depend on water or hydro for its electricity power need.Our major rivers that feed Lake Volta it source are not from Ghana and if those folks decide to built Dams we are screw.It time Ghana go back to Kufour unclear policy .It is extimated that France ios building 7 new unclear plant.The US is also building 7 new unclear power plant,Canada is building 3 new unclear power plant and Japan that has recent unclear accident is also building 3 new unclear power plants.Ghana can get a company that may build unclear plant costing $2 billion.Unclear is safe and its time we should stop depending volta for our power source.
