That's what I was going to say. 5% is still implausible. The GSS is not fit for the purpose and needs a total overhaul of its leadership whom I think are politically motivated for their personal benefit

An unemployed person is one who does not work. A person who is doing voluntary unpaid work is employed.
So GSS, what problem do you have to arrive at this imaginary false figures?

Are these so called GSS sick in the head? I surely believe that all those people selling dog chains, gums,pepper, tomatoes,sim cards,handkerchiefs etc on the roads sides were all counted as being employed.
