    I do not know any law that people less than 18 years can not open saving account. I started saving at the age of 13 when I was at middle school form one. I opened Postal saving account with money my auntie gave to me as a gif ...

    Kid might have stolen money to open account. Parental consent required as a minor once you are below the adult age.

    what then happens when young people under 18 commit acts that are criminal. would the banks be able to prosecute them?
