  The question is does Ghana even have an economy under this Mahama NDC gov't for it to even grow? That is the crux of the matter.

  Even with the figures they are doing propaganda with it.
  It would not be surprising that when the final figures are determined, the figure would go much lower to about 3.7%.
  That is not growth but retrogression, another of the ever record setting legacies of the highly incompetent, inept and thieving NDC gov't.
  Vote them out!!!.
