  Steve Kpordzi has collapsed the bank. He cannot collect the loans and overdrafts given to NDC cronies. ADB is conduit for cronyism, ethnocentrism and massive corruption. The Head Office was bought by Steve Kpordzi.

Create , loot and share is the strategy of Steve Kpordzi. There is the urgent need to do a forensic audit from 2009 when Steve Kpordzi was appointed. The HR Executive was hired from a hotel by Steve Kpordzi under amorous circumstances. Steve Kporzi kicked out the Retail Head and brought in an ewe from SSB to replace him. Steve Kpordzi also created a new unit, Operational Rigour Manager and brought in another ewe to occupy.
