  It is not the exemptions on imports that is making government lose money. Instead, custom officials are so corrupt that they take bribes from importers and reduce the amount that is supposed to have been originally paid to go ...

  It is not the exemptions on imports that is making government lose money. Instead, custom officials are so corrupt that they take bribes from importers and reduce the amount that is supposed to have been originally paid to government. Government should send spies to check these corrupt activities. I won't be surprised if government is aware of this practice but have chosen to remain silent. Custom officials are making "bad money" for themselves to satisfy their selfish interest while the nation suffers
