  Tax exeption to all workers not only Maritime workers. The economic situation in the country demand that workers should be given some relief through the exemption.

  This is empty coconut thinking. Overtime should rather be tax more to generate income for the state. In some countries overtime is tax twice.

  normally overtime is even higher taxed than normal working hours.
  Why ? to motivate companies to employ more people, because that is then cheaper than giving overtime to your existing workers and creates jobs not only for th ...

  And you are representing a union ? I think you don't understand employment job creation and economics at all.
