Improve efficiency to be competitive. Government can make more money by increasing tariffs. I wonder what is there to investigate. The story is incomplete.Do we already have high tariffs yet the imported ones are cheaper?

Cement prices are outrageous in the country. A little competition from other source will be a welcome experience for the consumers.
