Use broken clocks on campus as electrical engineering projects for students use the students to solve campus problems, allow the law student to go to court and defend real cases .   Great ideas if supported by government in the form of grants will yield dividends for the citizens. Please channel your ideas and projects into solving and if possible privatizing energy. The physics and chemistry departments can lead this project to finding alternative solutions to this dumsor crap: produce in commercial quantities and sell to the public. Government does not see these great intellectual opportunities.
