AGAIN THE GOVERNMENT DECIDED TO SELL STATE ENTERPRISES WHO THEY CLAIM BEEN SIPHONING GOVERNMENT MONEY SO WHO GAVE THE STATE ENTERPRISES THE MONEY WITHOUT THE OVERSIGHT AND TRANSPARENCY ENSURING ACCOUNTABILITY IS IT NOT THE GOVERNMENT AND THEIR MACHINERY. THEY DECIDED TO SELL THESE ENTERPRISES FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAINS BY BUYING THEM THEMSELVES LOOT TO SHARE.   As much as it is prudent to monitor the levels of Govt's borrowing from BoG and scale it down, it will be monumental incompetence to suggest or contemplate zero borrowing or anything near to that level outside the current and future economic social scope of Ghana, and its effects on infrastructure and people.
  The IMF so called experts should be scrutinized and their level of competence and capability to understand the economic implications of their proposal urgently examined.
  It does not take a genius to know that the proposal is nonsensical and based on abject ignorance and inexperience.
