The prices of locally produced cements are skyrocketing and people could not afford and prefer the imported ones. Now you wish to bring down the imported cement so Ghanians will shift to the locally produced cements. Please Ghana Cement Manufacturers Association (GCMA), which comprises GHACEM Limited, Diamond Cement Company Limited and Savannah Diamond Company Limited leave them alone and concentrate on your business. These allegation is an insult to Ghanians. Do you want us always to buy at a higher price these so called association? Fuck off

  This is exactly what I said last when these greedy local cement manufactures were asking the Minister of Trade to ban the importation of cement so they the local manufactures will monopolize the market and dictate the price. That will not happen again as we are in a free and competitive market.
  SOL should import more cement and also make their prices competitive so we can turn to them and patronize them
  The local cement manufacturers should stop the noise or otherwise reduce their prices and make them more attractive.
