  Vice P legislate some of these things such as quotas for expats and trsining of Ghanaians as we have wirh Freezones board. Supervise it. The jobs are around us be we do not know how to create them. De centralization and effective leadership at district level is key. Tax to clean and beautify Ghana. Therein lies our jobs ooo

  Everyday and every year the same thing. Every year Ghana will do this for agriculture and each year nothing gets done.
