Loans to board and management staff higher than to farmers and businesses??????????. Failed to meet BOG capital adequacy requirement for 3 yrs running and resorting to overnight borrowing for day to day operations.

  What is wrong with this current NDC administration? How long do you need to fix the current issues at ADB? The delays of Government and BOG have empowered the MD to the extent that he has masterminded the formation of splinter groups and political groups within the Bank’s local union. The earlier the government acts on this ADB issue the best. The mushrooming of other unions will rather worsen the already bad situation at ADB. The formation of militias, brigands, and surrogates groups will automatically collapse the Bank. Why do we want to sacrifice one man (Stephen Kpordzih) for the survival and existence of a big institution like the ADB? The new Union shall never survival. As an observer I want the staff to wise up, please ignore this new self-seeking group. The survival of this group will create a new Kpordzih staff against old staff.
  What is happening can lead to acid bombing etc. Please Mr. President prevail on your Minister of Labour and BOG to act faster and end this ADB issue.
  Better put this new Union is a Kpordzih Brigand, Militia and Surrogate who are doing the bidding of the MD. This is too partisan and a disgrace to order and regulations. Yes they the right to form the group but the timing and motive as well as those behind it is wrong.
