  PHILOMENA NYARKO OBVIOUSLY HAS NEVER PAID IMPORT DUTY IN HER ENTIRE LIFE SO SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW THAT GHANA'S MASSIVE INFLATION OF 16% IS ATTRIBUTABLE MAINLY TO THE EXPLOITATIVE IMPORT DUTIES LEVIED BY GRA IN COLLUSION WITH GOVERNMENT AND CEPS.
  
  HIGH IMPORT DUTIES/TARIFFS ARE KILLING GHANA'S INDUSTRY AND ECONOMY BECAUSE OUR COUNTRY'S ECONOMY IS HOPELESSLY DEPENDENT ON IMPORTS.
