scam is everywhere even in the U.k so public making the general public is the only way of alerting the mass population.

With this scam, "X" approaches "Y" (probably an acquaintance) and introduces him/her to "Z", supposed to be A SUPPLIER OF A COMMODITY/PARTS, etc. to the Oil Co's. "Z" has run out of inventory, and is anxious to buy the requir ...

With this scam, "X" approaches "Y" (probably an acquaintance) and introduces him/her to "Z", supposed to be A SUPPLIER OF A COMMODITY/PARTS, etc. to the Oil Co's. "Z" has run out of inventory, and is anxious to buy the required items even at inflated prices. "X" then introduced "Y" to another company/person "C", who has stock of the items. Only that "Y" should PREPAY and collect the desired quantity, THEN MEET "Z" WHO WILL BE FLYING FROM TAKORADI TO COLLECT THE PREPAID ITEMS, AND REIMBURSE "Y" AT THE AGREED HIGHER PRICE. "X" and "Y" are then supposed to share the profit. OF COURSE "Z" NEVER SHOWS UP TO COLLECT THE ITEMS (WHICH ARE USUALLY DON'T COST ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE PREPAY PRICE), AND REIMBURSE "Y". SO "Y" LOOSES ALL THE PREPAY AMOUNT, WHILE "C" AND "X", (probably nthe same person) bolts with the prepay. PLEASE BEWARE.
