Well, he got promoted after all that malfeasance to COCOBOD a much bigger portfolio in keeping in line with the Mahama NDC gov't policy of the more incompetent you are, the greater the responsibility you are given. Indeed it is a direct correlation and this administration is replete with such appointments along such a policy position and the consequences is a profound catastrophic collapse of those sectors such as the cocoa sector.
Clearly, Dr. Opuni's expertise in amputating limbs has been visited on COCOBOD and the cocoa sector is feeling the heat and Ghana's GDP as well as the currency have not been spared.
This is the better Ghana agenda and it is still downloading.

Not at all. We believe too much in educational titles that, we forget most lack functional business brains. When you have a medical doctor as a Minister of Trade, a PhD in Philosophy as Energy Minister, a PhD in Music as an Agricultural Minister, you know all is screwed up. Even most of our CEOs,Managing Directors and Chairmen of the Boards don't equate with what the're watching over. It's time to stop this stupid political appointments and bring in real known accomplished ones that we love to hate because they will not do what the politicians want but what is right for the good of the nation.

There is a board of directors in charge of cocobod so Dr Opuni doesn't take decisions on his own. please research well before publishing such a story.

How many of the residents at Akuafoo Hall have ever seen a cocoa tree before? None of my family members will never plant cocoa again. We too want to sit and are sitting in the offices. If those in the flag staff house do not care, why should like?

So you see how Opuni behaves the same way he interdicted Rev.Martey from 2009 till 2013 but judgment was given in the Revs favour Opuni must go so vindictive and stupid.

i want to know if this man in question is behind Mahama being elected as president? if not, why can't Mahama send him home. This man is killing Ghana cocoa and the farmers. The farmers who are supposed to enjoy light (solar), he said no and canceled the contract. Now the company has sued Ghana cocoabod and the amount involved is very huge. Containers were packed @ port for almost a year because he refused to sign for the release. He is causing financial lose to the company and the country as a whole.
