just to improve cowpea look at the number of doctors and organisations involve on the research. how can develop with this low thinking, there're so many products which need support to improve. cowpea is not produce in a large scale, if they want to improve the lives of people in the north as its stated, they should rather provide markets and storage facilities to prevent post harvest loss.
